My first album begins sitting in front of Abelton in my dark bedroom in Berlin, reminiscing about the beauty and tranquility of Mirror Lake, in the Spanish Peaks south of Bozeman, Montana. I had backpacked there with my sister Noelle and nephew Liam the summer before.
